Foundation
The mission of The Rotary Foundation (TRF) is “To Do Good in the World” which enables Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty. TRF is a 501(c)3 organization and manages our humanitarian activities, from local service projects to global initiatives.

West Wichita Rotary Club also has its own 501(c)3 foundation. Our foundation supports our club’s local projects and is separate from The Rotary Foundation.

Contributions to The Rotary Foundation drive our delivery of humanitarian service in taking action to improve communities everywhere and accumulate from year to year. You are able to view your giving history in your online profile. When your contributions total $1,000, you will become a Paul Harris Fellow, named after the founder of Rotary. With each additional $1,000, your level of recognition increases.

Committee Activities: The Foundation Committee will engage in fund-raising for TRF's charitable programs, including Polio Plus, 3-H (health, hunger and humanity) Grants, Matching Grants for international service projects, Disaster Relief Grants and other programs.  Members will promote giving to TRF and participation in its programs.
